Terms of Sale

All merchandise should be inspected upon its arrival. Any intent to return merchandise requires prior approval by our main office within 30 days. Cut Pieces cannot be returned.

The seller's liability for breach of the above warranty is limited to refunding the purchase price of the merchandise or at the seller's option to replacement upon its return. Under no circumstances shall the seller be responsible for any other form of consequential damage including installation costs, removal costs, applications costs, damage to associated products or loss of profit arising out of use or inability to use the products supplied.

No claim for any breach of warranty herein shall be valid unless delivered only in writing or phone or company within thirty (30) days after the date of delivery of the above mentioned shipment.

The seller's products are guaranteed from defects in workmanship and material and all goods shall be subject to seller's normal manufacturing tolerances and quality control procedures.

 

Return Policy

Mistakes happen! We understand that, and we will try our best to make it better for you.

Please be aware of the following conditions before attempting to return an item:

  • Cut pieces are non-refundable.
  • Please inspect your item before cutting. Once cut, it cannot be returned.
  • Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
  • All items returned must be in original condition.
  • All returns must be made within 30 days. No exceptions.

When shipping leather hides back to us, please:

  • Use the original packaging, if still available, and seal the openings with tape.
  • Do not bend or fold the material as this will damage it. Hides are rolled to prevent creases from forming.
  • If you are unable to follow these guidelines, please contact us and we will send you the appropiate packaging to successfully return your item(s).
